Team! It has come to our attention that many of our team members do not know how to grow through the organization. We want to clarify this process! This slack message will be posted on company website here: https://www.cfasouthedmontoncommon.ca/
- Step 1: Grow as an individual!
o Are you taking care to learn something new every day?
o Are you constantly improving?
o Do you have a desire to learn new things?
o Are you helping those around you?
- Step 2: Grow as an employee!
o Are you a Pathway champion?
o Do you know the Core Values of Chick-fil-A South Edmonton Common?
o Do you help others when on shift?
o Do you avoid breaking company policy?
- Step 3: Express an interest!

- Step 4: Time with Tom
o Tom will set up a time with you to discover more about your interest in another role. You will read the book “How Did You Do It Truett”
- Step 4: Job Shadowing
o If selected to move forward – you will job shadow for at least 2 weeks. We will provide feedback to you following the job shadowing process.
- Step 5: Promotion!
o If you feel that this opportunity is a good fit and the organization decides to move you forward, you would be promoted. You would then undergo our leadership training program which would be anywhere from 30 – 90 days.
